Our room was fresh, immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff were happy, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their smiles at reception was very welcoming. The restaurant area was clean, fresh and pleasing, we had vegetarian Pizza and it was cooked to perfection. The breakfast selection was great, everything you could want for a great start to your journey. We would be more than happy to stay at Campanile Chalon-sur-Saone again.

very warm welcome and friendly staff both at check in and check out. Very pleased to see that dogs are welcome in the restaurant as well as the rooms - if I'd known this before we would have had dinner there too - food in Companile is always good but we don't always book for dinner or breakfast as the dog is not always welcome in the restaurant and can't be left alone in the room and it was too cold to leave in the car.

Clean room and bathroom with good shower property conveniently located just off toll roads for overnight stop. Has own restaurant offering 3 course meal for about 26 euros with buffet starters cooked main meal from a choice of 5 dishes and buffet style dessert table. Food isn’t top quality but neither is the price. Staff helpful . Also has a bar

Our first experience of a Campanile. Didn’t realize it was a motel. Doors seem quite secure. Powerful Aircon so a good place to stay when temperatures are high. A step up from Ibis Budget - there is a proper bathroom with space for toiletries and large mirror. This one had a hairdryer. The kettle and tea /coffee was nice to have.

The hotel features a very good value for money restaurant, no gastronomy but well priced good food with a nice choice. The neighbourhood is nothing to talk home about but the hotel is very close to the motorway.
